Thinning starts approximately at the beginning of November each year, with options for both contract and hourly work. This position requires individuals to be physically fit and able to work outside all day, as it can be demanding. Picking starts mid-February each year, offering both hourly work and contract (piece rate) options for those interested in working on a picking platform (picking onto a conveyor standing on a moving platform) or contract piece rate work (using a ladder and picking bag).
